Do I need to provide “waste” materials?
Not necessarily.
If you already have unused stock, leftovers, damaged products, communication banners or technical fabrics, we can transform them into new products or workshop experiences.
If not, we can source high-quality materials through our trusted partners and network.In both cases, we carefully assess material quality to ensure the final product meets our durability and performance standards.

What material can you upcycle ?
We work with a wide variety of materials, including :
- Technical outdoor fabrics (jackets, tents, kites, sails, etc.)
- Natural materials and textiles
- Advertising banners
- Surplus or unsold stock
The key factor is quality. To guarantee a durable and functional final product, the original material must meet minimum resistance and performance standards. We always conduct a material assessment before starting production.

How long does a typical project take?

For product development projects, such as creating a technical ultralight mountaineering backpack, timelines typically range from 3 to 6 months, including design, prototyping and testing phases.
In many cases, timing depends as much on your internal validation process as on production itself. We always work with a clear and realistic roadmap.
