Elevating streetwear through circularity
MILK is more than a boutique; it is a leading retail destination with a sharp, curated selection of high-end streetwear.
Established as a cornerstone of the scene in Western France, the chain is renowned for its ability to blend underground culture with premium aesthetics.
For this exclusive collaboration, we sought to honor that heritage by reimagining the lifecycle of iconic pieces.
Together, we transformed archival jackets from a legendary outdoor brand into a limited capsule collection of 100 5-Panel caps.
The process : from archives to accessories
We started with what already existed to create something entirely new, placing upcycling at the heart of the design:
- Rigorous selection: Identifying iconic outerwear known for its technical fabrics, durability, and textures.
- Asymmetrical design: Every panel of the 5-panel cap is sourced from a different jacket, making each piece strictly unique.
- Precision craftsmanship: a complex cutting process to adapt technical shells and quilted materials into a structured headwear silhouette.





A product, an experience
Each cap is more than just an accessory; it is a fragment of outdoor history, deconstructed and reassembled for the city.
To make it extra special, we launched this exclusive collaboration with an upcycling workshop designed to introduce customers to our craftsmanship, right in the store.
